오는 10월 3일(금) 개천절에 13시부터 약 4시간 동안 ‘청마해 말로 하늘을 열다’ 라는 주제로 서초구청에서부터 강남역 8번출구 삼성전자 본점까지 말 문화 퍼레이드 행사를 진행합니다. 15시부터는 삼성전자 본점 앞 SAMSUNG dilight 광장에서 다양한 이벤트(볼거리, 먹거리, 즐길거리)가 펼쳐집니다.
개천절에 개마축제 창립 행사가 열립니다.

국내 최대 최초의 말 문화 퍼레이드인 본 행사는
마조제(馬祖祭)와 기마무예, 취타대를 선두로 연예인 승마단, 유소년 승마단, 경찰 기마대, 대형 마차 등 다양한 퍼레이드로 구성됩니다.
삼성전자 본관 앞의 삼성딜라이트 광장에는 1만 명의 관객들과 함께 하는 어울림 문화행사로 실제의 말과 국내 기술진이 만든 세계 최초의 실내 스포츠 말이 출연하며 플래시몹, 축가공연, 서예 퍼포먼스 라이브 서예(도정 권상호) 등의 다양한 문화 행사도 기획되어 있습니다.
과거 말 역사의 중심지인 강남의 말죽거리, 역삼, 로데오거리를 거쳐
대대적인 말 퍼레이드이다.
