노원구의 역사는 짧지만
노원의 땅은 인류 역사와 궤를 같이한다.
자칫 잊혀지기 쉬운 노원의 역사를 살리기 위하여
노원문화원은 그 특별 기구로 蘆原鄕土史硏究會를 창립하고
역사, 문학, 회화, 음악, 서예 등의 각분야에 걸쳐
전문위원을 두고 있다.
활동 방향과 내용은 추후 세미나를 거쳐서
결정할 전망이다.
