딸내미 이름을 한글로 지어달라고 부탁하기에
늦게나마 고심끝에 짖는다.
양지솔 : '양지의 소나무'를 연상하게 하여, 건강하고 생기 넘치게 살 것이다. 바람이 불지라도 음악으로 승화시키고, 눈이 내릴지라도 빨리 녹을 것이다. 전자를 松韻(송운)이라 하고, 후자를 松雪(송설)이라 한다.

賢堂 李聖姬(현당 이성희)씨가 신영남씨와 더불어
부휴실을 방문했다.
차제에 당호를 부탁해 와서 이에 지어 올린다.
'賢'자와 '聖'자의 의미를 살려 '善'자를 쓰고
서예를 즐기므로 硯池(연지)를 가까이 해야 한다는 뜻에서 '池'자를 써서
'善池室(선지실)'로 당호를 지었다.
'선지실 주인 현당 이성희' 식으로 사용하시면 되겠다.
