노원문화의거리 조성 계획과 관련, 2007년 3월부터 매주 토요일마다 차 없는 거리를 운영하여 차별화되고 수준 높은 문화 예술 프로그램을 개최한다.
- 무대, 거리 공연 병행 : 대표적 Art Festival로 정착
- 노원 문화 브랜드 이미지 강화 : 구민 자긍심 및 문화 욕구 충족
1. 기본 방침
매주 토요일마다 차 없는 거리를 운영하여(14시 ~ 22시) 개최
야외 무대를 설치하여 무대 공연과 함께 거리 요소요소에서 길거리 공연 병행 추진
프로그램은 자체 기획 프로그램과 기획사의 위탁 프로그램으로 구성(매월 테마, 건셉 개발)
