내용은 이육사가 1930년에 사회단체에게 분발을 촉구한 글로서
본문은 국한문 혼용으로 하되 월인천강지곡 형식을 따랐고
낙관은 내 임의대로 창작 중에 있는 글씨체로 썼다.
